We document your history of gender identity development, gender dysphoria, and preparedness for specific procedures, including top surgery, bottom surgery, facial gender confirmation, or vocal surgery.

What You Can Expect
WPATH SOC 8 Compliant Letter
A formal support letter with clinical recommendations ready for immediate submission to your surgical team and insurance company (if appropriate).
Free Revisions for up to 1 year
For up to one year from the date of the letter, wording updates or minor modifications are completed promptly with no additional fees.
Expedited Option Available
For an additional fee (if letter is appropriate). Clear, prompt delivery designed to secure your surgery date without unexpected delays.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does the evaluation cost? $400 flat fee. $100 deposit is required at booking to secure your appointment, with the remaining $300 balance automatically billed 48 hours prior to your session. We accept Zelle and major credit/debit cards through Stripe.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your evaluation once at no additional cost if you provide at least 48 hours notice. Your deposit will transfer to the new date.
Cancellations & Late Changes: Cancellations, missed appointments, or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your appointment are subject to the full $400 evaluation fee, as this time is reserved exclusively for you and includes pre-session clinical review.
Do you take my insurance? I am in-network with Aetna, and provide superbills for all other insurances that you can submit for potential reimbursement. To simplify this process, I also partner with Mentaya, a platform that automatically submits claims on your behalf so you do not have to handle complicated insurance paperwork alone.
How fast will I get my letter? If appropriate, final letters are typically delivered within 10 business days after completing your clinical interview and completing all intake paperwork. An expedited option of 5-business days is available for an additional fee. Please indicate that you’d like this option when reaching out.
Where do you provide these services? 100% secure telehealth throughout New York, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
Is this evaluation considered ongoing therapy? No. This service is a standalone diagnostic evaluation specifically designed to generate surgical readiness documentation. It does not establish an ongoing psychotherapy relationship, but many clients find it invaluable during their gender-affirming journey. If ongoing therapeutic support is needed before or after your surgery, I am happy to discuss this further with you.
Does this evaluation guarantee an evaluation support letter? A support letter will only be provided if clinically appropriate. Completing this evaluation does not guarantee a letter. However, you will still be provided with recommendations for your consideration.
Does completing an evaluation guarantee insurance approval? While my documentation is thoroughly written to align with WPATH SOC 8 criteria and DSM-5-TR requirements to minimize pushback, final approval decisions rest with your surgical team and insurance company. Evaluation outcomes are based on independent clinical judgment and individual readiness.
